Pressure Vessels can be designed and manufactured to many different codes, M.C Integ Ltd offer the following pressure vessel codes:-

PD5500
EN13445
ASME VIII

We operate in house software to carry out detailed design calculations to any of the above codes, detailed fabrication drawings are carried out using AutoCAD software.

We can, if required, arrange for a certified authority inspection company to verify our design and to carry out fabrication surveillance in accordance with the applicable codes.

The PE(S)R Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulation may be applicable if the vessel has a design pressure of 0.5 bar.g and above and will operate in the United Kingdom, this will be certified by the United Kingdom Certifying Authority (UKCA).

If the vessel is destined for use in the European Union then the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68EU will be applicable. This is only for vessels with a design pressure of 0.5 bar.g and above and a notified body will verify the vessel.

We can arrange and allow for all of the above and our vessels will be supplied with the correct documentation and certification.
